This performance and research process is the beginning of a creative process in research and development of practices and disciplines into Improvisation and Performance. This work is a structured improvisation based on devised structures of BMC(R) somatic work, Horse and Whale and Human physicality, Embodied Horsemanship and Lucid Body Technique. We have focused on the aspect herding, the nervous system, Sacred Geometry in relation to the chakra system into relationship and persona and the relationship between musicians and other performers.
