MOTOR with Khecari

This series is open to all levels and experience. Each practice could be different: the MOTOR score, a class led by a guest teacher, a process-based investigation building towards a new Khecari project. Come open and ready to move your body. This is not for technique but to MOTOR.
We will meet each Monday - Friday from 10am - 11am outside at Indian Boundary Park, on the corner of Lunt and Rockwell near the tennis courts. We're also asking that all participants maintain social distancing guidelines and wear face coverings.
